Personal Cancellations & Refunds:

Please do not register unless you are certain that you can attend on the dates of October 19-22, 2023. As we must rent out and place a deposit with this facility months in advance in order to secure it, we cannot offer refunds. We will, however, allow you to sell or transfer your entry to someone else, should you not be able to attend.

Facility / Government / Travel Cancellations & Refunds:

Due to some uncertainty such as COVID-19 regarding unforeseen flight restrictions, event facility restrictions, storm events, or government/state restrictions, there could become a situation which requires us to cancel or postpone this event. Should event cancellation occur, we would only be partially refunded by the facility, and we would then provide partial refunds to attendees. Should postponement occur, we will not receive refunds and cannot offer refunds to attendees. A new event date would be scheduled to be completed within 1 year of original event date.

We recommend that you purchase your airline ticket with a cancellation option, just in case.

Hiking will be at the Fish Creek Falls trailhead. There is a beautiful waterfall within the first 10 minutes of the hike. We plan to hike about 1 hour past the falls, then turn around and head back. This is not a beginner level hike, there are elevation changes and some areas of the trail are rocky and uneven. We highly recommend proper hiking boots, not sneakers.

What to bring: 32oz of water (approx 1/2 liter per hour), energy bar or snacks, hiking boots, lightweight rain poncho/jacket
