We’ve reserved a block of 20 rooms at a discounted price starting at $285/night single occupancy, and $360/night double occupancy.

This rate includes three meals per day at the dining hall, including arrival day dinner and departure day breakfast and lunch.

Radford Racing’s Performance Driving courses combine advanced street-driving skills with car-control techniques in one of the most powerful production cars available. Behind the wheel of a 717hp Dodge Challenger SRT^® Hellcat Widebody, students will cover autocross, slalom, and accident avoidance, along with plenty of track time on the 1.6 mile Radford road course. This is a full day of instructed performance driving. Beginners are welcome!

Attire: Athletic wear is the most appropriate attire for the course. Clothing that is flexible, moisture wicking, and otherwise intended for a day of activity. Close-toed shoes required. You may bring a fire suit if you wish. Helmets will be provided.

Limited Liability Damage Coverage (included): Drivers are responsible for their own safe incident-free driving. Accidents carry an $8,000 deductible per vehicle, per incident. Drivers are responsible for paying for their own vehicle or property damage and/or deductibles.

Transportation: We will be providing shuttle van transportation between the Ranch and Racing School. This transportation is for racers only.

Age Restrictions: Drivers must be at least 16 years of age with at least 6 months of driving experience. Drivers under age 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Maximum allowed due to racing vehicle availability: 40 racing attendees total

Event Attendee price includes all presentations, racing, and closing ceremony dinner.

Racing Spouse add-on includes all presentations, racing, and closing ceremony dinner.

Non-Racing Spouse add-on includes all presentations and closing ceremony dinner.

Your guests and children are welcome at the Ranch, but are not included in the presentations, racing activities, or closing ceremony dinner.

A single payment for the full event amount will be paid online through Stripe, which accepts credit card.

You will be responsible for booking your hotel room at the link provided within Accommodations tab above.

Personal Cancellations & Refunds:

Please do not register unless you are certain that you can attend on the dates of Nov 17-19, 2021. As we must rent out this facility months in advance in order to secure it, we cannot offer refunds. We will, however, allow you to sell or transfer your entry to someone else, should you not be able to attend.

Facility / Government / Travel Cancellations & Refunds:

Due to some uncertainty around COVID-19 regarding unforeseen flight restrictions, event facility restrictions, or government/state restrictions, there could become a situation which requires us to cancel or postpone this event. Should cancellation occur, we would only be partially refunded by the facility, and we would then provide partial refunds to attendees. Should postponement occur, we will not receive refunds and cannot offer refunds to attendees. A new event date would be selected to happen within 1 year of original date.

We recommend that you purchase your airline ticket with a cancellation option, just in case.
