Guest add-on includes shared accommodation with Attendee, speaker presentations, tours, and closing ceremony dinner.
Children age 13 and up are welcome to attend as Guests.
A single payment for the full event amount will be paid online through Stripe, which accepts credit card.
Once you’ve registered for the event, Lisa Whatley will contact you to book your room reservation.
Personal Cancellations & Refunds:
Please do not register unless you are certain that you can attend on the dates of July 3-8, 2023. As we must rent out and place a deposit with this facility months in advance in order to secure it, we cannot offer refunds. We will, however, allow you to sell or transfer your entry to someone else, should you not be able to attend.
Facility / Government / Travel Cancellations & Refunds:
Due to some uncertainty around COVID-19 regarding unforeseen flight restrictions, event facility restrictions, tropical storm or hurricane events, or government/state restrictions, there could become a situation which requires us to cancel or postpone this event. Should event cancellation occur, we would only be partially refunded by the facility, and we would then provide partial refunds to attendees. Should postponement occur, we will not receive refunds and cannot offer refunds to attendees. A new event date would be scheduled to be completed within 1 year of original event date.
We recommend that you purchase your airline ticket with a cancellation option, just in case.
