This full-day hike is optional, and not included in the registration cost. We currently estimate this hike to be $150-200 per person for rental gear and guide.

Once all attendees have registered for the main event, we’ll do a headcount to see who is interested in the optional full-day hike.

You will also need to provide your own accommodation for the night of Sunday Oct 4, should you wish to remain for this hike.

This video will show you what to expect for this optional Zion “Narrows” hike: Watch Zion Narrows Hike Video

Maximum allowed due to event space limits: 25 attendees

You may bring your spouse or guest, but they will not be allowed to attend the presentations without being a registered guest. We will take a guest headcount once attendees have all been registered, and offer a meal upgrade option to have them provided with meals. Guests will have the option to participate in hiking Zion Park, however. We ask that no guests under age 18 attend.

Zion is a wonderful place to visit. Your guests could go explore the park and wonderful town while we are doing presentations.

A single payment for the full amount will be paid online through Stripe, which accepts credit card.

Personal Cancellations & Refunds:

Please do not register unless you are certain that you can attend on the dates of Oct 1-4, 2020. As we must rent out this facility months in advance in order to secure it, we cannot offer refunds. We will, however, allow you to sell or transfer your entry to someone else, should you not be able to attend.

Facility / Government / Travel Cancellations & Refunds:

Due to some uncertainty around COVID-19 regarding unforeseen flight restrictions, event facility restrictions, or government/state restrictions, there could become a situation which requires us to cancel this event. Should this occur, we would be refunded by the facility, and we would then provide full refunds to attendees.

We recommend that you purchase your airline ticket with a cancellation option, just in case.
